I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t usually set resolutions on January 1. Instead, I wait until Groundhog Day. \u00c2\u00a0As Wiarton Willie,\u00c2\u00a0Shubenacadie Sam, and Punxsutawney Phil poke their furry heads out of the ground and look for their shadows, I sit down to imagine what I want my shadow to look like in another twelve months.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

One of my goals for 2013-14 was to blog more regularly, but that didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t happen. \u00c2\u00a0I was busy with lots of other writing, including the final edits for my book<\/a>, three conference papers, a ton of new projects for my current position as Faculty Development Coordinator at MacEwan University. \u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

It took my involvement with Novermber Project to get me blogging again. It was great to be able to write in detail about how much working out with them every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (at 6 AM!) has made a difference in my life. \u00c2\u00a0You can find that full blog post here<\/a> (I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll hopefully cross-post it on my blog with their permission soon).<\/p>\n
