Between 2011 and 2019, I worked full-time in the field of Educational Development, first in a faculty role as Faculty Development Coordinator at MacEwan University (2011-18) and then as Director, Center for Teaching and Learning at Marquette University (2018-19).

In 2019, I started a new role as Director, Curriculum Development and Delivery, Open Learning at Thompson Rivers University. This role allows me to draw on my experience as an Educational Developer, academic leader, and faculty member with a strong background in online learning and open educational practices.
